Doree Seaver is a seasoned HOA management executive with more than two decades of experience leading community operations, financial management, governance, compliance, and resident relations throughout Southern Nevada.

Over the course of her career, Doree has held leadership roles including Community Manager, Supervising Community Manager, Regional Director, and Business Owner. Her extensive background includes portfolio and onsite management, association budgeting, board governance, vendor oversight, maintenance operations, policy development, collections, and strategic planning.

As Owner and Supervising Community Manager of Serenity Community Management, Doree provides executive oversight for association operations while maintaining a hands-on approach to client service.

She is known for building strong relationships, resolving complex challenges, and delivering practical solutions that support the long-term success of the communities she serves.

Under Doree's leadership, Serenity Community Management remains focused on providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and professional management that brings clarity, organization, and peace of mind to every community.

Trevon Ross serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Serenity Community Management, where he oversees company operations, financial systems, compliance workflows, client service, and vendor accountability. With years of experience in accounting, financial management, tax strategy, and operational leadership, he brings a strong financial and systems-driven approach to HOA management.

He holds an MBA in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from American Military University, and is currently completing his dissertation for a Doctor of Business Administration in Accounting at Liberty University — further strengthening his expertise in accounting standards, financial oversight, ethics, and organizational leadership.

As COO, Trevon ensures the company operates with transparency, efficiency, and professionalism. His leadership focuses on building strong internal systems, supporting HOA boards, strengthening financial reporting, and creating consistent service standards across every community served.

His accounting background allows him to help communities maintain financial clarity, reduce operational risk, and make informed board-level decisions — pairing accurate financial oversight with proactive planning, vendor accountability, and dependable follow-through.

Daniel M. Perez serves as the Director of Marketing and Director of Accounting for Serenity Community Management. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from American Public University System and brings more than three years of experience in accounting, financial administration, marketing, and business operations.

In his dual leadership role, Daniel supports Serenity's growth through strategic marketing initiatives while overseeing the company's accounting operations and financial processes. His combination of financial expertise and marketing insight helps strengthen client relationships and supports Serenity's commitment to delivering responsive, professional community management services throughout Southern Nevada.
